Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are eligible under the following circumstances:

1.1. Subscriptions Cancelled within 3 Months: If you cancel your subscription within the first three (3) months of your subscription start date, you will be eligible for a refund of 30% of the total subscription fees paid, excluding any applicable taxes or processing fees.

1.2. Subscriptions Cancelled After 3 Months: If you cancel your subscription after the first three (3) months of your subscription start date, you will be eligible for a prorated refund, calculated based on the remaining unused portion of your subscription term, excluding any applicable taxes or processing fees.

1.3. Monthly Plans: Please note that there are no refunds for monthly plans. If you cancel a monthly subscription, you will continue to have access to the services until the end of the current billing cycle.

1.4. In Special Cases: In the event of a cancellation within the initial 1st or 2nd months of a yearly plan, provided the customer has engaged in discussions with our Sales Team, and the Sales Representative has granted approval based on the customer’s situation, the customer is eligible for a prorated refund. The refund will encompass only the months during which the service was utilized, with the corresponding amount deducted. The remaining unused amount will be promptly refunded to the customer’s designated bank account.

Refund Request Procedure

To request a refund, please contact our Customer Support team at info@GrowipTv.com. You must submit your refund request within the eligible timeframe specified in Section 1 above.

When requesting a refund, please provide your name, email address, subscription details, and a brief explanation of the reason for your refund request.

Evaluation and Processing of Refund Requests

All refund requests will be thoroughly evaluated to determine eligibility based on the criteria specified in Section 1.

If your refund request meets the criteria, we will initiate the refund process within 10 days of receiving your request.

Refunds will be issued using the original payment method used during the subscription purchase.

Non-Refundable Situations

Grow-IPTV will not issue refunds in the following circumstances:

7.1. If you fail to request a refund within the eligible timeframe specified in Section 1.

7.2. If you have violated our Terms and Conditions or any other policies during your subscription period.

7.3. For monthly plans, as specified in Section 1.3.

Dispute Resolution
